Khu Duea Beach is a sandy beach on the Mun riverbank, Chae Ramae Subdistrict, Mueang District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. It is about 12 kilometers from the city. Ku Duea Beach has many restaurants. It is one of the popular places for Ubon Ratchathani people and foreign tourists. The reason is that besides fresh and delicious seafood, the surrounding scenery is beautiful too, especially in summer, when the water level in the Mun River will drop until it reveals an orange sand beach stretching along the shore. Beside picnic, Khu Duea Beach is a good place for swimming on a hot day. Boat rentals are available. Take a cruise along the Mun River to enjoy the scenery along the river.
